Hi
After a 12 Hour flight we arrived to the Grand Beach (we are coming already for 25 years) and the room was filthy, bathroom full of flys and dirt , fridge was dirty , in the room all over with dirt and flys, was so disgusting!
The next morning there we had to shower with cold water , there was no hot water by our room and then in the afternoon the toilet was leaking…
We had to move to a different room,we were very upset about that!
The whole experience was very upsetting!!
They told us we were going to have a reduction of the room. Due to early living ,went in the evening before ,to finish of our payment .
The manager Mrs Cristina gave us a little reduction and told us to come back in the morning she will print us out the-receive .
There was no reduction in the bill , which was extremely disappointing, we will spread the picture of the room all over and let everyone know what a bad experience we had by your hotel!!!
