Awful, avoid!
The property is actually quite nice, it is well presented. Although I did not receive any check in information prior to my arrival, I had to wait in the rain at 10pm at night for around 15 mins waiting for somebody to answer the phone to give me the lockbox combination. Once I gained access to the property, there was no actual key that is given, all you get is a combination lock that is shared with another flat. I did not feel secure in the property, all my expensive items had to be taken into work with me everyday. I went to watch the TV, but I couldn’t because there was no Ariel in the property at all! The final thing I’m still dealing with is getting my deposit back! A refundable deposit, in the hundreds was required, which I paid immediately. It’s now been 5 weeks and I still haven’t received any money back. I have made multiple attempts to contact the property owner to get my deposit back, and I did finally receive a response saying that they would issue the refund of the deposit, that never happened. It’s now been another 2 weeks since this was said and still no refund. I have requested again this morning that my money is sent back.
