Overall, the hotel was OK but many minor issues summed up to make this stay dissatisfactory. On the plus side: The hotel is very close to the beach (max 10 meters) and the room was clean.
We wouldn't recommend staying longer than 2 or 3 nights for the following reasons:
The rooms are VERY noisy. It was impossible to sleep without ear plugs. Neither windows nor doors are protected against any noise.
You get a key to turn on the electricity in the room. This key is fixed to the room key, which means that you can only turn on the AC when you are in the room. (We prefer not to sleep with the AC running due to health reasons.) You can however let the AC run and sit in the loggia, but because of the AC's outgoing air, the loggia heats up rather quickly.
Additionally, there were some minor issues: The balcony door had to be fixed on the first day because the lock was broken. (It was fixed immediately after we mentioned it!) But the cleaning ladies did not lock the door anyway, one day the balcony door was left ajar. We mentioned this at the front desk, but this didn't change during our stay.
All in all, the hotel and interior seems aged (we experienced two power-outages only in some rooms, not in the city). Only the bathroom was renovated some time ago, but everything else seems to be original.
