I could not get ahold of front desk after a few different numbers were called. so had to walk to the office to tell.them that. My ac heater unit was not working. Maintenance was called and eventually a different unit had to be put in. It took over 2 hours, time i was supposed to be using my room. Thanks to the maintenance guy, he was real nice during this.
The next evening , i went to the lobby, i needed my.room.card reactivated and the lady at the front desk was completely disoriented to the point of alsmost d
Falling asleep, she seemed drunk. I dont know. The customer in front of me said shes messed up. She said it was her blood sugar. I dont know but it was a horrible experience.
The breakfast next morning was ridiculous. There only was a waffle maker, some frozen biscuits, and a bad banana and apples. What kind of service is that.
I paid almost $500 for the weekend and it was a horrible experience. I m not sure if i will.. be back but i should be compensated in some way.
