Diamond ( front office staff) was very, welcoming, friendly, professional and helpful....she went above & beyond to help all of my needs as a guest.
I can't say that about the other female front office staffer who were not welcoming and made it seem like you were an inconvenience to her ( younger blonde female approximately 18-26 years of age).
Stop hiring these rude teenagers/young adults who can't answer simple questions and know zero about HOSPITALITY and what CUSTOMER SERVICE really means .
People don't pay their money to get staffers with bad attitudes and unfriendly demeanors. With that being said Michelle in the breakfast lounge was EXCELLENT .. friendly, professional, welcoming, and on top of her "A" game, and eager to please and show excellent customer service skills to the guests at Marriott Denver South at Park Meadows located in Lone Tree, Colorado...
Maybe Diamond and Michelle can teach or train the other staffers on CUSTOMER SERVICE and being professional, friendly, and not look at or treat customers like they are an inconvenience to them when customers approach the front desk for help or to ask a question. I tend not to return to hotels with unfriendly and unprofessional staffers.
My only other complaint besides the rude blonde female at the front desk on Monday, September 16th at approximately 7:30-8:00 a.m. is that the refrigerator in my room was not cold, and I purchased food, snacks & beverages from Whole Foods that were at risk of being spoiled.
