Best place to shelter from a hurricane
Seeking shelter from hurricane milton. The staff have been terrific. 5 starts to everyone ice encointered. They have neen so kind, caring, professional. It jas been a pleasure staying at this hotel.

Not worth it
They charged us 75$ a day for incidentals. They had no normal parking. They wanted us to valet for 50$ a day, not including tips. When I inquired about parking, lady was very snooty. When I asked for a luggage cart, they were snooty. Room has damages. Entertainment center had chipped wood on the bottom. Sink caulking was moldy. Bath tub had rubbed spot that looked rusty. Bathroom door was chipped at the bottom. There’s no vent fan in the bathroom. The whole floor smelled like sewage. It wasn’t worth the money.

The room was beyond basic for the price. The bathroom sink and bathtub clogged and filled with water when used. The staff was rude. The best part of the hotel is the location, but I still wouldn’t stay there again.

Probably wouldn’t stay again
The third star is purely for location. Our room was nice, but felt seriously damp the entire weekend. I received not one but two text messages the first night from the hotel asking about our stay at 1:30am. Our bathroom counter and back of the bathroom door were covered in long, dark, curly hairs. The trash cans were overflowing, the games out by the pool were smashed into pieces, damaged doorframes were just given a landlord special and painted over. Hotel bar doesn’t open until 5pm and when my husband asked at the front desk for ice the rep seemed irritated to have to get him some. Valet guys were pleasant, attentive, and quick with the vehicles.

Hilton St. Pete Bayfront was fantastic! Very clean, sanitized rooms, along with a cozy layout for the double queen we stayed in. The view was beautiful of downtown St. Pete. The staff here were also very informative and helpful upon checking in. Would definitely recommend!

The back gate did not work with the card key (towards the pool) and I had to walk around to the ballroom side…not particularly safe for a little lady and late. The lobby smelled fantastic, but the room did not, the carpets in the room also needed a good vacuuming.
