Check-in was terrible. Manager had to be called 3 times for very simple things I’ve never had issues with before. BEWARE: they require a CASH security deposit. The room was clean but there was very limited cookware. If you’re planning on cooking most of your meals, you won’t have what you need. There is no ice machine in the whole hotel so I had to buy a bag of ice. The hallways stink and are dirty. The location is great and the pool is very nice. Check-out was again an issue and a manager had to be called to ask if they could hold our bags until it was time to leave for the airport. Overall I would not recommend this hotel or stay there again.
