The hotel is well-situated for an overnight transfer to a next flight. The staff was very courteous. We traveled with 3 young kids, and I booked two rooms on hotels.com so that we could have a "sleep room" and a "jet lag" room. However, on arrival, we were told that we only had one room reserved, despite having paid for two. The staff did upgrade us to a larger room for the five of us, but it still did not fix the problem of sleep issues. I was told there was nothing we could do.
Other than that, the pool was really nice and although I didn't use the exercise room, it looked really well equipped.
Had they looked further into my reservations and tried to make things right, would've been a great stay!!
