This is an absolutely amazing hotel - the newly reopened Carlton is back to its iconic best. The staff and service are outstanding from arrival to departure, the hotel oozes decadence and luxury. The service did not meet our expectation. We felt the whole experince was over priced for the service provided . It was not consistent. For instance, We had to call for our mini bar to be refilled. No one checked on us on the beach to ask if we need anything except for the last day. Some training and adjustment to the service will make it way better !
