Great value and location
My third stay at the Sheraton Waikiki and it was great. Friendly staff at front desk and restaurant, large room with balcony, housekeeping staff always greeting me in hallways. Very good value for the location. Only downside was too many people in lobby/pool/elevators (week between Christmas and New Year). Better to stay here during slower times.

Incredible experience

Not worth the price.
I paid extra for breakfast but they weren’t able to get it printed on check in. Would not deliver it to my room. They had me wait in line, again, in the morning to retrieve it. Not a time-saver and not a good deal. Don’t buy it. Check out is 11 am. They locked me out of my room at 10:30?! Spent 10 minutes trying to determine if maybe I had the wrong room?? Then another 15 min waiting for security. By that time “I’m late checking out”. Pool was fine but it’s adults only at infinity pool. And hours are 8-8. So we were unable to enjoy pool when we arrived late evening. Most other pools are open until 10 pm. Would not stay here again. Very expensive, small room, poor service, poor pool hours, and poor service.

Beach/ pool time
Stay was okay for a midrange facility. We had higher expectations for the outside pool and beach areas since we were being charged a daily resort fee. Lounge chairs were set up with sides touching so that trying to get on the chair was difficult with no side access. More umbrellas were needed to create shady areas especially in the afternoons when the sun gets so hot. More needs to be done to discourage reserving chairs for the day…if not being used for 2 hrs towels should be removed?

Great Beachfront Stay Near Shopping
Was in town for a weekend trip to run the Honolulu Marathon. Staff was extremely kind, great service at the restaurants, and walking distance to many stores. The bidet in the bathroom rooms are a nice touch. You can walk right onto the beach from the hotel. Room was very spacious. Everything was top notch.

2nd Stay Here!
This was our second stay at this Sheraton location. Balcony overlooking the beach and Diamond Head was great. Room was very comfortable, super friendly staff and both pools are great for relaxing. The safe in our room wouldn't work and the front desk had a service rep in our room within minutes. Location is ideal for hitting the beach, shopping or dining without a car.

Amazing!
I had an ocean front room with a balcony and I couldn't have asked for a better view or better room. I loved the shops, restaurants, infinity pool, staff, service, and location of this property. Everywhere i wanted to go was right there within walking distance, including the best beach in Waikiki. The decor is perfect. I will stay here again next time I visit Waikiki!

The Kai Market was disappointing, the side of fruit I ordered was not fresh. The pineapple was old. The restaurant is nice, however the carpet needs to be cleaned. The portion to price ratio was over priced. Servers were great. Not what we expected. A very busy hotel, our room was clean.

Generally enjoyed the stay. Staff were friendly. Room was clean m, bed was comfortable. Some things to improve: 1) Wifi was extremely slow 2) no real coffee cups and plates (only paper) 3) other guests were smoking on the balcony perhaps you can put signs or even consider installing smoke detectors

This room had a beautiful view of Diamondhead and the ocean. We enjoyed the oceanfront music at night and they seem to have enough seating around the pool for everyone staying there. All the people working there were very courteous and friendly.
