We are a family of 4 with two children (2 and 5) and had a room at the ground floor with a queen bed and single bed (good for 3 adults). According to their child policies we’ve read beforehand, children 0-2 are free and children 3-12 are free, when using existing bedding. Upon check-in the manager mentioned we need to pay an additional 1.000,- PHP/night for our 2 year old (so 3k for 3 nights). I must say, this is the first time we were charged for our 2 year old for a hotel stay, ever! We are all sleeping together in one bed and didn‘t even need the existing single bed in the room, but their reason was that the maximum capacity of the room is 3 (adult) people. As this was the decision of the manager it didn‘t make sense to discuss further. It felt like profit comes before service.
Rooms were clean, we just had a lot of ants in the toilet (which didn‘t bother us much, given the location). WiFi connection was bad in our room, but better in our other families room, so this depends where you are located.
It‘s a bit of a hassle going to the city center, but you are far from the city noise. Breakfast was decent, but given that they charged us for our two year old, I wouldn’t stay here anymore.
