Customer service was excellent and property was well maintained. Excellent food
The rooms are modern, beautifully designed, and practical. Definitely the strong point. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The food and available drinks are very good but the prices are too high. Loved the pool near the beach but construction was happening by the resort on the building next-door so I had to leave a few times for peace and quiet. Overall, a solid place to stay in Nadi.

It is a new resort so all looks great give it a couple of years
Liked that it was on the beach and had an adult only section. Food in restaurants was average and the rooms had a few minor issues - TV was a problem and no hot water in shower.
When we arrived at the airport, we asked the information desk to call the hotel for the shuttle We waited for the shuttle for about one and a half hour but they didn’t come. I had previously sent them a message via my reservation. We finally had to take a taxi to go to the hotel...

It was modern, close to the airport, had nice facilities
I was expecting better service. Housekeeping staffs were not putting the toiletries after cleaning. Cleaning wasnt done on time Breakfast very bad menu. Fruits were stale. Flees were flying over fruits. Some of the spoons, and bowels were missing from the serving counter. Cant relax at the lobby. They are very strict how you sit down there. Its not worth for that price .
Great staff and hotel. Food was OK. Restaurants were four in total but only 1 was open which was very disappointing as there was no advice prior to the stay. Also service was very slow and staff had to be asked a few times to get requests which on occasions took a few hours to be satisfied. Hope it gets better next time we visit. Vinaka 😊
