The best things to do in the Cayman Islands are often found on its main island, Grand Cayman. This developed vacation destination has some of the Caribbean’s most beautiful beaches, where you can sunbathe, swim, snorkel, dive, and engage in various water sports.

The island’s many towns and villages feature pretty buildings (some dating back to the 18th century) as well as modern conveniences such as shopping complexes, international restaurants, and vibrant bars. If you prefer a secluded getaway, Little Cayman has undeveloped beaches with reef-protected shores, as well as lush forests housing plenty of exotic animals.

The sea level around the sandbar is only a meter deep, so you can easily wade among dozens of stingrays and tropical fish.
