Stay away if you want to get some sleep-very noisy
Negative:
Very poor condition of rooms for that price level. No hooks at all in bathroom nor in room. So basically cannot hang anything not even bathroom towels.
Housekeeping only done on request and only replace towels and take out trash, no cleaning. Only every 7 days. Towels in general are not much provided except two, so no towel for face nor hand.
Now the WORST part: the noise because the rooms are not sound proof at all. Basically can hear literally every little thing from next room. Having said that you can be lucky if you are able to catch at least 5 or 6 hours sleep. Really terrible experience.
For check in had to wait also more than 30min
There are only two elevators which can take you up to 5min waiting if you want to go up or down.
No telephone in room to call reception for needs but basically the hotel does not offer anything not even water, so there's no need for front desk phone line. Having said that: prepare water for your room as nothing is provided.
Positive:
Service attitude if front desk is good
Location very good in the heart of TST
Free luggage storage
Overall would not book again due to extreme noisy rooms.
