The hotel lies in East Jerusalem, in the Muslim Quarter. Herodot's Gate, the entrance to the old city, is only across the street. In front of the hotel is a boys school located. The Muhezin is preaching on Friday at 3.30 in the night. The breakfast offers varies foods (eggs, tomatos, yoghurt, bread, muesli, juce etc.). Only the coffee is instant coffee and needs urgently to be changed. Mostly groups from Greece, the United States, Saudi Arabia, Poland etc. are staying for a few nights. The hotel personal in the dining room is very friendly. The personal at the reception desk is mostly helpful. One man helped me a lot, an other couldn't even say where Yad Vaschem is and how to go there. Some Arab speaking people are denying to know anything about Jewish buildings for a sight-seeing tour. All together I was very pleased with my stay in this hotel and I would recommend it.
