Bad Service, rookie mistakes on every level.
- invoice wrong
- parking ticket wrong, had to go back to service desks because calling / service number wouldn’t work - although I paid 86 for two night parking
- employees at spa don’t understand German nor English
- asked twice if spa rope is in the room, of course it wasn’t, then I got one, but was super duper small and no shoes.
- all the small details just wouldn’t add up / took me 25 minutes to check in, rude behavior, non-professional,
Nice interior, nice surroundings but staff is just not keeping it up
