My first room had one queen-size bed, was quite dark during the day (just one window to the small inner quadrangle), but I was outside the whole day anyway. The second window was in the fully equiped bathroom, which I appreciate to let the steam out after taking a shower.
My second room was much larger, had a double bed and an inner bathroom - otherwise equivalent to the first room. It got daylight though because it's facing Gran Via. Gran Via is a busy street 24h a day. I didn't hear much traffic noise (8th floor) unless a police/ambulance siren did wake me up.
Overall I did sleep well in both rooms. Both rooms didn't have a small fridge, but the 2nd room had a balcony, which served very well to compensate with low november temperatures.
Both bathrooms came with bath tub, a glass shower screen, big washbasing, wc and bidet. For small women could be a little annoying that the shower head can't be adjusted in height, but a shower cap is provided.
