"Friendly staff, each and everyone of them were very service oriented and sweet.
Called taxi for us and helped us with storing our bags etc.
Room was very clean and spacious.
We love this location as it is next to Insa dong.

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect — Gyeongbokgung Palace is just a short walk away, and Ikseon-dong and Insadong are only a few minutes on foot. We were able to visit so many places easily without needing transportation.
The room was very clean and always smelled fresh after housekeeping. The entire hotel felt well maintained, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming.
