"Arrival had no issues and nice staff. Entering our 2 room condo, appeared nice and relaxing. Soon we found a light switch that would turn on/off by just a simple touch, or randomly turn on with the switch off. Found trash, dust, multiple hairs in both beds, stains in the bed, and mold in the kitchen drain under the sink. Overall just dirty everywhere. Some doors did not shut or had major gapping, including an exterior door. Holes in the wall, only plug in a bedroom did not work, the floor was very uneven throughout the unit. The microwave was not secure to the wall and every time it was used it moved. When these issues were addressed, they apologized and said there was another room we could be moved to, but house keeping needed to clean it. It would be priority and we’d hear back when it was ready. Our building was on the maintence list for next week. I called at 3pm to see if it was ready, I was informed a housekeeper was sick and the room wasn’t cleaned, nor would be getting cleaned. I could not find anywhere else to accommodate our size of family such last minute and remained. There was no communication further from management. When checking out I brought this up, I was told sorry, and I’d hear from management. I don’t foresee that happening as they lacked in communication prior. The beds weren’t awful but not comfy. There is mini golf, and an activity room, but half of the amenities there cost. Pool was good. I would not recommend for multiple reasons. "
