Being a 2.5 star hotel, I went in with low expectations, but they were nonetheless not met.
So many problems, including:
* No WiFi in room (as promised)
* Dirty and dusty
* Stains and mould on walls
* Keycard malfunctioned multiple times (each time forcing me to walk 4 floors down to the lobby)
* Hot water run out multiple times (forcing me to have a cold shower or no shower)
* Toilet seat wasn't attached to the toilet
* No cups/glasses provided
* 1 toilet paper for whole week
* 1 small sachet of soap (for shower and basin) for whole week
* No toilet brush
* Large cracks in wall paper
* Shower flooded because of muck clogging the drain
I heard one of the staff angrily instructing the cleaner to spend less time cleaning each apartment.
I also observed other guests having some of the problems I have listed above.
The WiFi was the most annoying. I started complaining about this very early on in my stay. The staff member's solution was to simply insist that in fact the WiFi does work in my room, and that the problem was my devices. He kept this ridiculous charade up even after I explained that both my phone and my laptop worked in the lobby and in other locations. On day 6/7 they talked about moving to another room, but never actually arranged this, and it was in any case too late by then, which they again blamed on me. The whole thing was so infuriating.
These people are rude a***holes.
I will never stay here again, and would strongly discourage others from doing so.
