Good:
The hotel room was fine - it had a comfy bed, TV, clean bathroom and a kettle.
Bad:
We arrived for check-in at 2:15pm and found the hotel's exterior door was locked and no hotel staff to help. We banged on the door to no avail. There was no intercom button or signage to help us. We called the hotel number twice, leaving voice-mail messages both times.
The hotel eventually called back to tell us that it was a holiday and that the Office was closed. They claimed that I was to have been told how to enter the hotel and room by "Hotels.com" and almost made it seem like my being locked-out was my fault. we eventually managed to get into the hotel and our room.
During our 3-day stay at this hotel, I only ever saw someone in the hotel Office once.
