We ended up being super happy with our stay at H4 Hotel Berlin Alexanderplatz. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfast buffets I have had in recent years (the bacon was perfectly crispy, which sadle is a lost art), and the selection was plentiful and delicious. We really wanted a chair in our room, which contained only a backless stool (not ideal for reading in the room), and the front desk had one sent right up. We visited the hotel bar, got excellent service, and a nice selection of drinks. The hotel is located centrally, with easy access to public transportation. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
