Queja formal y solicitud de reembolso por estadía

Estimados Señores, Quiero expresar mi insatisfacción con mi estadía en Mistiq Temple II del 4 al 9 de enero de 2025. Desde nuestra llegada, encontramos múltiples problemas que evidencian una grave falta de organización y atención al huésped. La primera noche no estábamos registrados en el lobby, lo que casi nos impide entrar. Tras confirmar nuestros datos, recibimos una contraseña incorrecta para acceder a la llave de la habitación. Como el concierge no estaba disponible, tuvimos que esperar varias horas hasta que alguien nos ayudó. Dos días después, el host nos exigió cambiar de habitación porque el dueño del apartamento llegaría ese mismo día. Al regresar esa noche, la nueva habitación no había sido limpiada y estaba en pésimas condiciones. La limpieza tardó dos horas en gestionarse y nos entregaron la habitación a medianoche sin toallas ni sábanas limpias. El día del check-out, desde las 8 a.m., personal de mantenimiento golpeó la puerta insistentemente porque debían hacer reparaciones para la llegada del dueño. Nos obligaron a desalojar a las 9 a.m., mucho antes de la hora acordada. Por la pésima experiencia, solicito un reembolso completo y considero que el host no debería estar autorizado para alquilar. Espero una respuesta pronta, de lo contrario, elevaré mi queja a las plataformas correspondientes. Atentamente,

No hay nadie encargado, imposible reclamar

Pague el parque te con 2 camas, decía que una era un sofá o otra la cama, sin embargo, solo había cobijas para la cama, para el sofá no había nada, intenté contactar con el encargado y en la recepción solo me dieron un número de whats que al día siguiente solo me pidió mi nombre y jamás volvieron a contestar…. Entonces pagué por 2 camas y 2 personas y recibí 1 cama y toallas para una persona, no hubo limpieza, entraron a la habitación no se para que, pero afortunadamente no se robaron nada. Excelente alojamiento en medio de la jungla

Iba con un poco de miedo por las evaluaciones que tiene el lugar, sin embargo fue todo lo contrario. Desde la llegada los de seguridad fueron muy amables, nos registraron y nos dieron unas pulseras. La habitación era de gran tamaño y la cama muy cómoda. De las toallas solo te ponen 2 para bañarte pero pedimos al anfitrión unas para el piso porque se estaba mojando mucho y nos las proporcionaron inmediatamente. De los 7 días que estuvimos hospedados solo se nos fue la luz 1 vez en la noche y por 10 minutos. El acceso al alojamiento es de terracería por lo que se recomienda rentar carro, no hay banquetas y cuando llueve seguramente se llena de lodo. Las albercas siempre estuvieron limpias tanto las de la planta baja como las del roof top, eso sí el agua está fría. En general la relación calidad-precio es excelente, nos volveremos a hospedar el próximo año.

Gran alojamiento en medio de la jungla

Iba con un poco de miedo por las evaluaciones que tiene el lugar, sin embargo fue todo lo contrario. Tuve que reservar aquí de última hora porque me cancelaron una reservación que tenía en otro lugar y la verdad todo salió bien. La llegada al lugar si es complicada, se requiere carro forzosamente ya que es terracería y no hay banquetas. Si llega a llover obviamente va a haber mucho lodo. Por otro lado, en el lobby te atiende el de seguridad para registrarte y te dan un brazalete, mismo que te comentan puedes utilizar para ir al beach club Akná, que por cierto está bastante agradable y cerca de ahí, con la ventaja de no pagar estacionamiento y solo piden un consumo mínimo sin necesidad de pagar entrada o el uso de algún camastro. El alojamiento está más que agradable, con mucha vegetación, las albercas de muy buen tamaño tanto las de la planta baja como las de los roof top, siempre limpias y eso sí con agua fría. De los 7 días que estuvimos solo se nos fue la luz una vez en la noche y por 10 minutos. Acerca de las toallas, en efecto no te ponen más que para bañarte pero solicitamos unas para el piso y nos las proporcionaron inmediatamente así como papel de baño. Nunca escuché ruidos de construcciones, me hospedé en el edificio C. La atención fue inmejorable por parte del anfitrión y del personal de seguridad. Definitivamente regresaré por la relación calidad-precio.

El hotel muy bonito Buenas instalaciones No recibí previamente instrucciones para el check in pero fue rápido El internet solo sirve en las habitaciones No hay limpieza y los cuartos difieren. El estudio que rente tenía licuadora por ejemplo mientras el estudio de mis amigos no tenía. No están estandarizados con las cosas. Como no van a limpiar tampoco había cosas para hacer la linpieza. Gorgeous apt and property. Long dirt road with many water filled pot holes. poor supplies - only a ladle to cook with, only two towels, no kitchen towels, only two standard pillows for a king bed. Stove needed to be restarted at breaker to work, microwave out of order and manager non responsive, sofa cover was being cleaned and not returned during stay. Told to be in contact prior to arrival, got no response, phone listed was incorrect, had no idea what to do until arriving and helped by lovely security guys, was given access 30 minutes late. Would highly recommend property but not one managed by same company.

This place is way too underrated, I was scared at first when I saw the low stars reviews, even the photos don’t describe how huge and beautiful that penthouse is. 3 big master bedrooms, beautiful windows all around, private pool on the patio, full kitchen etc.. 12 minutes away from the beach and close to town and jungle events. Security 24/7 great communication with host. Really nothing to complain about. Only thing to improve is WiFi in the first bedroom (too far from living-room.. that’s how big that place is)

The property only looks good in pictures, it is not a managed property! Our unit was not cleaned when it was given to us. The curling had multiple points where water was leaking from them. All surfaces had a tick layer of dust in them. The floors were not cleaned and you could find residue of personal hygiene products left on the floor. The pool water was dirty and unusable. There was no hand soap or enough towels left in the bathroom. There was no room cleaning service to be called to come and correct the issues. The bathroom had no blow dryer or sufficient amount of toilet paper. The roads leading to the property were in an absolute disastrous condition, unpaved and full of deep potholes full of mud water. This place was horrible!

The property is nice but you will need some type of transportation to get around with ease. The internet service is not stable. There is construction during the week around the area. The streets are not paved. I like the property for the quietness and rooftop pools available. You have a great view of the coastline from the rooftops. Great place to see the sunrise and sunsets.

This place is a SCAM

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I am compelled to share my extreme disappointment with the state of the room. The level of cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable and far below basic standards. • The room was completely infested with spiders, with nests found on the walls, furniture, bathroom, shower, drawers, and even in the bed. • There were insect droppings on the walls, curtains, doors, and other surfaces, further highlighting the lack of proper cleaning and maintenance. • The bedsheets had yellow stains, and the bath towels were torn and also stained yellow, which was utterly unacceptable. • To make matters worse, there was no running water, adding to the unhygienic and uncomfortable conditions. Due to these severe issues, I had no choice but to leave the hotel before the end of my stay. Furthermore, the communication with the concierge in charge was completely inadequate. My messages were ignored for extended periods, and responses only came hours later, sometimes not until the following day. This lack of proper customer service further exacerbated my distress. These conditions were unsafe, unsanitary, and made my experience incredibly distressing. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. No guest should ever have to endure such an experience.

The property overall is very nice. Perfect place for a honeymoon, recap etc. however, the property has no dining areas. There is a restaurant nearby that’s within the property however it is 5 minutes away. Keep in mind that Tulum’s roads are not developed compared to Los Cabos, Cancun etc. so traveling from one point to the next is very time consuming. If you do not have an ATV or a scooter it will be very hard to get around because the main road for you to catch a taxi to go towards the hotel area is 10mins away (driving). Although transportation is very limited, I felt safe during my stay the only time I felt fearful was going towards the one restaurant that’s located within the property because it was surrounded by 3 vicious dogs. Other than that, my host communicated efficiently. We had some hiccups when it came to receiving necessities such as towels, toilet paper etc. but it’s a property that’s basically within a developing area so patience is definitely required when staying here!

Beautiful new development away from everything else. A little secluded at the moment, but that what i enjoyed about it. equal distance away from main strip tulum, aldea zama, and the beach

We stayed at the 3 bedroom penthouse, it’s gorgeous, really nice decorated and the views are amazing but we couldn’t take a shower or go to the pool because there was no towels , we called the office and they brought them later but just the shower towels , no hand or pool towels. the first night one of the bedrooms a/c was not working , next day the property manager kind of fixed , it didn’t cool the bedroom enough , still warm but the worst part it’s the road to get there it is almost impossible to drive , it’s a dirt road with a lot of holes and rocks , we couldn’t believe such an amazing property with those roads , they are terrible , if you are going you need a 4x4 to get there , not even think you can walk , far from restaurants or supermarket !

Logement bien situé mais quelques bémols : la communication avec l’hôte manquait de réactivité, les réponses prenaient du temps, et il y avait un problème de pression d’eau dans la douche, ce qui a rendu notre séjour un peu moins agréable.
