It was my husband‘s birthday weekend. We stayed 2 nights in a room that had a Jacuzzi tub. We were very disappointed because both mornings we were not able to use our Jacuzzi tub in our room, because there was no hot water. We weren’t even able to take a shower those mornings as well. We are very disappointed. I do not understand how a big hotel like that runs out of hot water. That was the whole purpose for us having a room with a Jacuzzi tub that we could use it We went to the Jacuzzi downstairs in building number 2 that was the building we were staying in, the water was lukewarm and the pool was ice cold. I would’ve thought for the money that we paid to stay in that hotel. It would’ve been a five star . We will not return. We will not be recommending this hotel at all. I also spoke to the clerk downstairs about this. It was like talking to a box of rocks. He was totally clueless about reality in general. Maybe you should get some better staff as well. Please do not stay at this hotel. You will be highly disappointed, especially if you stayed in a room with the Jacuzzi tub.
