1) toilets in the rooms should work. room starts smelling like an out-house when toilet is clogged and overflowing.
2) guests should not be put on hold for 15-20 minutes when calling the front desk.
3) it should not take 2 days and multiple requests to NOT fix the toilet.
3) coffee makers in rooms should work.
4) the online registration should be truthful. after completing all required fields once, the front desk should not require providing all info again.
5) the online registration claims that quests simply pick up room key after online registration. this is not true at all.
6) guests who have already registered online, should not have to wait in line for 20 minutes behind people who have no reservation.
7) the "breakfast" is substandard. it desperately needs an omelet bar, fruit, and enough coffee.
8) there appear to be no vending machines and the ice machine on 2nd floor needs to provide more than a half dozen ice cubes.
to be fair, the gym is nice and Charles (at front desk) is friendly and helpful, but does not appear to have enough support staff morning, noon, or night.
