I have stayed with you several times over the years but this time found the bedroom very old & tired looking, some of the furniture is very tatty and the bathroom is badly finished. It’s a shame a downstairs looks fresh and modern but the bedrooms let it down. I will probably look for a different hotel next time, which is a shame as I used to recommend you too. I will await a refurbishment before I return.
