DO NOT DO IT!! RIP OFF... NOT A DELUXE APARTMENT
I have stayed in Hilton Hotels, Ritz Carlton, backpackers, etc...This is NOT A DELUXE APARTMENT! First timer renting a property and very disappointed. Just walking in the small bench was dirty, kitchen was dirty, bathroom dirty even with hairs on the toilet!!! Freezer door not closing properly and kept opening. Refrigerator DIRTY!! TV is very small and at the level of my knee. bunch of disorganized cables with dust all over. Dirty cushions.
There is a gap in th bottom of the shower door and it does not shut properly so there is water every where after the shower.
I had to check out and went to the hotel Solo Sokos Hotel Torni. It's like 2 blocks away with nice people working there and CLEAN!! Similar price and better location (2 blocks closer to the Market square, railroad, etc).
I emailed 2nd homes on Friday 5th and told them I was not comfortable there. They reply asking the reasons why, which I explained. I asked for the process for a refund and checkout. Was asked to leave the key in the apartment and the case would be reviewed by management on Monday 8th. I emailed on Wednesday 10th asking for an update. FINALLY GOT AN UPDATE TODAY ON THE 16TH telling me no REFUND POSSIBLE BECAUSE THEY COULD HAVE ACCOMMODATED ME IN A DIFFERENT APARTMENT!!
So why this option was NOT presented AT ALL from the beginning???
CUSTOMER SERVICE 0 STARS... NO ATTEMPT WHATSOEVER TO SOLVE THE ISSUE until it's too late.
THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY and DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
