Never again. 3rd floor room and no lift! Hotels.com- I booked the room through you, I shouldn't then have to pre register AND be forced to supply a passport number, there is no valid reason for it, especially with identity theft as it is now. You need to start carrying responsibility for this being communicated. Also, manager said it was on the website that there was no lift. I found it was, not in the hotel info though, hidden away in the policy's section. Ridiculous. I witnessed the manager/reception (unsure which) being rude to older people who couldn't understand her. Furthermore- They give you an access code to your room, and as I'd pre registered, I went to the room, why would you go to reception? The lights would not switch on. I walked back down the stairs from L3 to be told I should have come to reception first. So what's the point of pre registering, giving away personal info, getting a room code THEN still having to go reception first? Also, room was very hot, only a small window opening and a fan to assist. Terrible. But the wifi was good.
