First, this was addressed to my late husband. He passed away in October, 2025, and my son and I were there to 'celebrate' what would have been my husband's 62nd birthday.
Regarding the room, it was clean (except a drawer in the desk which had crumbs and a used napkin). The room however was not well insulated from noises, and too warm. I did request near the elevator, but didn't expect to hear the equipment each time an elevator moved. Nor did I expect to have the interior door between two room bang when the neighbor closed their entry door. The neighbor's drunk rant (over the phone?) at 2:15am wasn't pleasant to overhear either - it was as if he was in the same room with us. Those coming back to their rooms at various times throughout the night (drunk or otherwise), were also not quiet. I know you cannot handle what the guests do, but the rooms should have better insulation.
Lastly, the air temp range didn't go down low enough for us to be comfortable. I'd say I only slept a total of about 6 hours over my 2-night stay, which I'd hoped for better.
Ear plugs and cooler sleep clothes would be a recommendation to help other travelers plan better.
