Good stayover place.
We stayed one night a family of four on our way through Germany. The hotel is in a residential area and quite. The hotel room was perfect for us with a small separate room for the boys. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

In dem Zimmer war der Boden schmutzig. Nur eine Rolle Toilettenpapier. Das Frühstück war weit entfernt von einem Frühstück eines 4. Sterne Hotels. Ich war zum 2. mal dort werde nicht wieder kommen

Leiser war alles etwas lieblos, der Check in, die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant desinteressiert, das Zimmer noch ungeheizt, mit fusskaltem Boden, lieblos eingerichtet, zwar sauber, aber kein Glas, kein Wasserkocher, kein Bild an der Wand etc. Die Bettdecke war sommerlich dünn, das dürfte nicht sein

Grosses Zimmer mit Balkon. Gut eingerichtet, aber kein Kühlschrank, keine Möglichkeit, Kaffee zu kochen. Hervorragende Matratzen. Alles sehr sauber. Etwas abgelegen. Einchecken an anderem Ort. Etwas komplizierte Aussentüranlage, mit Schlüsselkarte zu öffnen.4km vom Zentrum Heidelbergs entfernt

Die Unterkunft war im allgemeinen ziemlich schön gewesen, auch die Lage war optimal, da neben den Apartments Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren. Was störend war, dass die Mitarbeiterin beim Check-In etwas unfreundlich gewesen ist, als ich nach der Check-Out Zeit fragte, da laut meiner Buchungsbestätigung bis 13 Uhr stand. Sie glaubte mir leider nicht und nachdem ich ihr die Email zeigte, musste Sie erstmal auf die Webseite von Expedia um sich selbst zu vergewissern und sagte nur, dass das nicht gehen würde, da man ja das Zimmer für den nächsten Tag nicht aufbereiten könnte. Was ich leider nicht verstehen kann, da man vor 16 Uhr nicht einchecken darf und kein Hotel benötigt von 11-16 Uhr Zeit für die Reinigung. Leider kam sie uns auch nicht entgegen, im Endeffekt kann ich nichts für, wenn ich bis 13 Uhr aus checken darf laut Buchungsbestätigung, dann müsste man wenigstens die Check-In Zeiten ändern, damit der Kunde was vom bezahlten Zimmer hat, wenn man schon um 11 Uhr aus checken muss.
Darüber hinaus, gefiel mir das Badezimmer nicht, da die Lüftung nicht funktioniert hat und es ziemlich modrig gerochen hat.

Putzenhilfe kommt einfach so rein... ist sehr unangenehm da man bei ein Mal klopfen nicht sofort was sagen kann oder sich schnell um ziehen kann. Sollte nicht passieren das sie einfach reinplatzt ins Zimmer. Sehr unangenehm. Sauberkeit in Ordnung.

Comfortable room in a Peaceful area
Clean and confortable room in a peaceful area. The hotel is in a residential area just outside of the main city. It’s really quiet so I got a great night’s sleep. That also means there are very few restaurants, cafes or pubs around. One important detail, my room (maybe all rooms?) was in a building a few streets away from the reception desk! There is a self check-in option with a machine, but checkout was only possible at the other building. Staff is very friendly!
