The staff are amazing. Incredibly helpful and kind. Nothing is too much trouble and they have made our onward travel much easier with their suggestions and organisation. We took the top floor room and the views were fabulous. They do warn that the stairs take some fitness which is true, but I never had to carry my own bag.
