Brilliant for what I needed, great value for money and a comfortable, spacious room in a great area. Only a short walk to the Barbikan by the city wall, no more than a 5-10 min walk to the old town centre & under 15 mins to the main train station. Would definitely stay again.

The location of the property was excellent and the room was very clean. The shared bathroom was a bit tricky in the mornings when people from all 3 rooms wanted to shower and get ready for the day! The bed was also very low although comfortable. The bedding smelt lovely and it felt very safe in the area around the apartment and in the building.

Property was basic, but decent value for the price. Was not able to get in touch with the host since the Wi-Fi was not working. Sent several messages. Never received a response about this during my entire stay. Overall, it is decent for a cheap price.

If you’re the type of traveler that likes to spend 10+ hours a day sightseeing and only needs a place to sleep, this is a fantastic find for what you pay for. The bathroom is shared, the noise between the walls is noticeable, but the location is absolutely fantastic: ~15 min walk to the main station, 10-15 min walk to the famous old town, and tons of places nearby. The location is great, and it’s perhaps the only hostel-priced living arrangement where you actually get your own private bed. I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer term stay, but for a few days of sightseeing like myself, this was a great place. The bathroom here was quite modern too for what I expected.

Clean and basic. Comfortable bed and nice pillows. Cleaning lady was lovely. There was a problem with the key safe. The owner came and fixed it straight away. I have to say, I was a little apprehensive as it was so cheap but I'm glad I booked it. A ten minute stroll to the old town and a thirty minute walk to the Jewish quarter.

The code for entry was not sent to me, as promised, 24 hours in advance. I messaged in advance advising them of this and was told front desk would be open until 10pm. On arrival there was no front desk and I could not get in. I emailed repeatedly at the front desk email that evening, within their opening hours, with no response. The only phone number I could find juts went through to a automated message. Eventually I had to give up and purchase accommodation elsewhere for that night. I advised them of the situation the following day and was told I would get a refund. Despite my reminders subsequently and further promises they would process the refund, two weeks on I have still not received it. Terrible customer service. Not recommended.

Veldig fint og rolig rom i bysenteret. Baderommet er delt men rent og greit. Dusjhodet festet var ødelagt så litt vanskelig å dusje, men ellers gikk det veldig greit.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The check-in procedures found in the booking confirmation were incorrect. I was not able to access the building or the apartment, and had to call the host. The phone number provided was not in use. I was outside in the dark for almost one hour trying to solve this issue, before I had to give up and find another place to stay. Later on I contacted hotels.com, and then managed to get in touch with the host online. I asked for a refund, but they took no responsibility for the situation, and seem to think that it is ok to provide a phone number that is not in use. I can not recommend this host, and you are better off finding a different place to stay.
