The view was beautiful and the staff were lovely. The hallways look a little rough. When I asked for a hairdryer, they told me to come get it. When I got down there the said they’d bring one up in 5 min. They then brought me a broken one. I had to go back downstairs again and they said they’d try to track down another one. They brought me back the broken one and said just to leave it turned on and plug it in like that it’ll work fine. When I’m paying good money for a beautiful hotel room with a beautiful view, I would expect that they would be able to provide me a hairdryer. Just a minor thing.

Sorpresivamente fuimos los primeros huéspedes que el hotel recibó en su re-apertura! De hecho llegamos antes de la reapertura oficial y descubrimos que el hotel completo era para nosotros. Bianca y Fabian en recepción hicieron hasta lo imposible por solucionar todas nuestras necesidades y darnos la mejor bienvenida. Julian nos recibió a la entrada y nos dio la bienvenida ayudándonos con las maletas. Eidiar y Francisco nos atendieron en el restaurante donde desayunamos delicioso. Finalmente Catalina la gerente salió a despedirnos y agradecernos nuestra visita! El hotel esta perfectamente bien ubicado frente al malecón y a unas cuadras del centro histórico, la plaza y la calle de bares/restaurantes. El hotel tiene un area de alberca muy linda y los espacios comunes son muy acogedores. El cuarto es sencillo, amplio y muy limpio.
