Have stayed here twice, perfectly situated close to city centre. Only small details for perfect. Weak morning coffe and too warm rooms even when outside temperature is low.

Wishes added prior to reservation were not read and not met at all. Wine gum candy on the floor upon arrival to the room. No floor cleaning during stay, as candy leftovers were still on the floor. No refill of toilet paper. "Room for improvement". Apart from that good location and nice staff.

Vi hade oturen att fÄ ett rum med problem med avloppet. TyvÀrr fanns det inget intresse frÄn personalen att göra nÄgot för oss. Vi bodde med öppet fönster för att vÀdra rummet samt rinnande vatten i duschen för att minska odören. Informerade personalen att de inte kan hyra ut rummet utan ÄtgÀrd men möttes av total oförmÄga att hjÀlpa till.

Hotellet gjorde nytt och frÀscht intryck, lÀtt att parkera bakom huset. Allt man förvÀntar sig pÄ ett trestjÀrnigt hotell fanns och fungerade men inget utöver det vanliga. Rummet Ät gatan var bullrigt om man ville ha fönstret öppet (klimatanlÀggning saknades) men med fönstret stÀngt var det inget ljud att tala om.
