The location was very good for being close to the colloseum, roman forum and subway. The rooms were very spacious.
Checking in was annoying as there was no communication about how to check in or what the process would be so we arrived in Rome still uncertain about how we'd actually check in. On the day they communicated details would be sent at 3pm for how to check in. 3 pm came and we still weren't provided with any information. I ended up getting into property when someone else opened the door and I tracked someone down - this was very poor.
The place was generally quite clean, but there was dust on shelves, cups etc
I would generally expect more basic amenities for accommodation of this style, eg there was no chopping board, no good knives and many other basic things for preparing food. Likewise, there's often some basic condiments (salt, pepper etc ) in this type of option which were lacking.
