Extra unnecessary fees but great stay overall

Place look really good after years of not being renovated l! Although I made a reservation for myself and my husband, I selected one guest and had to pay an additional $12 at check in which seemed a little extreme. They lady at the front desk was kind though and had exceptional customer service.

Holiday Inn Express next door was full of life. For the size of this property there were not even 10 cars. Pool was not operational. Property looked like something from skid row. Was charge an early check-in fee when it was only 10 minutes (2:50p) before regular check-in time (3:00p) and room was already turned over for next guest.

Ice machine was non existent. Vending machine was unplugged. There was a washer in the breezeway. The pool was not filled. The assist handles in the bathroom were not aligned. There was no plug for the bathtub. Overall the property was clean, and although I showed up late, the attendant was walking up to the lobby when I arrived, so there wasn't much of a wait, or issue with my reservation in that matter.

This place is a complete scam. The photos online are a joke compared to what you actually get. The area is filthy, loud, and feels genuinely dangerous. You will not feel safe here for a single minute, let alone trying to sleep through the night. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this dump.
