Very rough communication! We had constant messages asking when we would check in. We were traveling and had delays. Accessing the building is confusing. We had a breaker go out. Called every emergency phone number, the last number answered, finally. They are not interested in helping once you pay. The room was nice, quiet, and clean. Again, I would never rebook this place, complete lack of any help if you have any issues with access and any other issue I. The apartment they may arise.

Never Deal with Wonderful Italy.

The property is located close to both the train station (10 min) and the old city (15 mins). It is a one room apartment with separate bathroom. It is managed by a company called Wonderful Italy who are the most incompetent people l ever had the misfortune to deal with (and l have travelled to over 60 contries). Dispite numerous emails and WhatsApp messages we still didnt have the check in codes after arriving in Bari. At lunchtime we recieved a phonecall off the company in response to my messages and she refused to release the codes until 1600 check in. At 1600 we still hadnt recieved them l then had to phone them and wait and when l got through eventually they couldnt find my booking. Eventually after being on hold they came back with a code which didnt work. Then l was transferred to a different person who implied we were entering the code incorrectly (its not rocket science). Then on hold again and she came back with a different code which didnt work. Again on hold, standing outside now for 40 mins. Suddenly the door opened and we were inside. But then there was another door with a code, she gave us another code for this. Didnt work, another 20 mins trying various codes. Finally it opened, and then yet another door with a code, again nothing working, again more codes .. eventually it opened itself but no code worked. They then hung up and left us there prisoners as we couldnt leave. Eventually the actual owner came and sorted the codes. 90 mins wasted. Absolute disgrace.

Zimmer sehr groß, sauber, gut eingerichtet, renoviert, schade, dass es keinen Wechsel der Handtücher und Bettwäsche gab. Umgebung ist sehr schmutzig und sehr multikulturell, wofür das Hotel nichts kann, zu Fuß überall erreichbar, wenig bis kaum gastronomisches Angebot, man muss schon viel laufen. Aber keine Komplikationen gehabt, direkt Code erhalten und reingekommen ins Zimmer.
