For those who don't know, this is more like an apartment building than a hotel. Our room (a Junior Studio) was clean and felt well maintained, and the kitchen was well supplied with most of the things you might need. There's a market nearby for snacks & water, too. Though a Queen size bed is generally too small for us, this one was surprisingly comfy – still a bit small for us but one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. Our room was not large – the 2 of us were pretty cozy and there's nowhere to lay open suitcases except the floor. There's no sofa or proper chairs, just 2 stool seats by a small computer desk that could double as a very small dining area. For vacationers like us who like big rooms, it was an adjustment (and booking a junior studio was probably done by accident) – but for people who just want a nice place to crash at night, with kitchen & laundry in the room, it's great. Walking to Yonge Street took maybe 10 minutes, which is awesome. Check-in was confusing but they do provide detailed instructions, and if you read them carefully it's no problem. There is a security guard at the front entrance 24/7. Noise from other rooms didn't really exist, it was very quiet, we never heard our neighbours. Communication w/management was excellent. The room definitely grew on us. As a couple, we may opt for a larger room next time if we travel together, but if I was traveling by myself I'd be open to staying here again. Good value overall. Pleased.
