I’m not sure how this place gets so many 5 star reviews when it honestly does not deserve them.
It smelled like sewage in the bathroom and the closet. The bed was not Queen but a Full size and if we would have know we would not book this place, as for two people a full size bed is not comfortable to sleep in. One of us had to sleep on the couch in the living room but they also didn’t provide extra blankets for that.
The front desk staff was not helpful at all. We asked them for two extra towels as there was two of us and an extra key. The front desk staff said they only allow for two towels a day and that they don’t have an extra key. Only after reaching out online through hotels.com they brought us the key and the towels.
The jacuzzis were not working, so we couldn’t use those.
The walls are very thin and you can hear not only your neighbors but also everyone in the hallway. In addition you will be awaken by any motorcycle passing by.
The curtains had stains and some rips, the balcony probably haven’t seen a broom in many months and the gym equipment had been pretty dirty as well.
Not a great experience and will definitely be staying away from this place for future stays.
