The worst’s place I have ever started in 35 years of coming and working in the Philippines and that’s is 100s of times I can’t even begin to tell you the place was flies and bigs the toilet did not work there was no working phone to call the front desk you had to get on the elevator and go down then you had to call for someone to come to the front desk to help you I told them my complaints and oh ok house keeping will take care of it no came if I set down at the table to eat we would be attacked by flies as if we where in the park having. A picnic would have been better that is no joke
Them they did not wor they did not I gabby I put the toilet seat back on myself the correct way . Sad very
Sad house keeping came the next day to the door
I open it only to have person hand me 2towels and leave did not clean or empty the garbage this was on the 2nd day
The morning of the 3rd othe 4 day stay I went down and had to wait at ten am again call the front desk clerk and wait to inform him that I couldn’t continue to stay another day I was checking out at 11am and want a refund for my two nights that were left he informed me they would not refund my money because I book a 4night stay and had no refund policy… I was very up

And they cheated me out of my
Money I looked just around the corner at Ascott hotel
It was very nice and not that much more money.
Do Not Consider this hotel tell for any reason there are to many good ones area
