No bed bugs but there were roaches. Housekeeping did not do a great job. Dirty mirrors, light bulbs burned out. The tub and shower was clean but I will not stay there ever again

Don't stay here! Dirty, Cleaning skipped, Cockroaches, Loud in room A/C, Key cards had to be rekeyed daily.

They made me change rooms 3 times. First room was completely destroyed. Second room was not clean from previous person that stayed. Third room was not what I reserved. They told me that's all they had. Bed sheets were dirty. Room smells was musty. Extremely disappointed. I would of left but there were no hotels Available somewhere else. I should be getting a full refund.

You cancelled my reservation before the stay. You were paid on 9/14/2024. The hotel never received payment. . We had to make reservations at a higher rate. I have disputed the charges with AMEX. I will NEVER use Expedia again

There was black mold in our shower and our ceiling was falling off. It was gross and smelt terrible. We took the key back up and checked out after seeing how bad the room was.

We were inadvertently locked out of our room after being cleaned. The wait in lobby to simply get new keycard was almost 25 minutes while I was nauseated and could not get into room and waited in hallway. Front desk lady Oberella was lovely and professional on check in and check out. But on Friday afternoon the front desk staff stayed occupied with other folks arriving and no attention to guest with a quick simple request. The room was clean but it was noisy with surrounding rooms both nights. We liked the location and staff but could not find a manager to discuss our concerns. I would appreciate some type of remuneration for our hotel costs. We would like to give the hotel another try upon returning to Savannah. Thank you!

RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! First, the lobby furniture looked like it came from second hand store 30 yrs ago. Then, our first room was dirty and smelled of cigarettes. The jacuzzis tub tile was broken and poorly repaired, all the base boards were black with dirt (or mildew), and the bed sheet had a burn hole in it. We complained of the room smell and was moved two rooms down. It did smell better and looked better and we thought we got an improvement until we saw the ROACHES. NEVER AGAIN!

Overall, we were happy about the stay, especially as it was during a parents' weekend and a lot of the other hotels doubled and tripled their prices. The hotel was a bargain given this. I will say the floor needed be moped as it was dirty but all else was clean.

Quality Inn at Statesboro was terrible. The ceiling was falling apart, there were gnats in the room, they booked another couple in the same room as me and then laughed about it, thinking it was funny. Negative 10 out of 10.
