When booking this hotel it stated that the room would have a fridge, microwave, blow dryer. It had none of those things. The last time this hotel has been renovated was in 2003. The blackout drapes have holes in the lining so the outside light filters in. My family was there for 9 days and they never once provided housekeeping services. We had to empty our own trash, ask for clean towels. Since the hotel seems to cater to long term residents, trying to get any type of breakfast wasn’t possible. The furniture, bedding and
carpet has exceeded their lifespan. No ice machine on premises. Underneath the beds were dirty. The card keys kept deactivating requiring multiple trips to obtain new cards. Upon checkout the clerk stated this was an everyday occurrence. The outside of the building needs some maintenance. A door handle on the west front door has almost been pulled off. Had to request assistance on how to operate the shower since no explanation was provided upon check in. When asking the clerk about the shower they stated, well at least you asked cause most people don’t. Overall my family was extremely disappointed in our stay but we didn’t leave since it was close to family and the location for the funeral we had come to attend. Wyndam needs to step up their game at this location!!
