The staff was amazing, from cleaners, to porters, restaurant workers, and especially front desk staff, they made me feel like I was their only guest, Roberta gave me directions to my train and booked a last minute ticket as the original route I had planned was fully booked, Roberta really saved the day, as I could never have navigated the Italian website.
