We were very disappointed in our stay at Sleep Inn and Suites.
When we checked in, we went to our first room, and noticed it was very run down, but we noticed that the covers on our beds looked like they hadn’t been washed. They were very noticeably dirty. We went to the front desk to let them know and he kindly changed our room. This room was also very run down, but seemed a bit better. We were rushing out for dinner, but when we came back in that night, we turned the blanket down to get in the bed and there were literal stains on the blanket. It looked like blood stains, so we went to the front desk to ask for a clean blanket. We brought back the “clean” blanket, put it on our bed, but that too had stains. It definitely was not a restful stay because our kids were afraid to sleep in these dirty blankets. The front desk said the manager would come see us, but that never happened. We will say that the front desk worker on the Saturday was very friendly and greeted everyone as they entered and left, which was very nice.
But the lack of cleanliness is something we have never experienced this ever before in a hotel, so it was very disappointing. I would advise of looking elsewhere for a hotel.
