"Our hosts were very attentive and greeted us right away with a lovely home made treat and a glass of wine. Our room was impeccably clean and had a great night’s sleep. Our own mini apartment with a fabulous shower. The grounds were just beautiful and I’ll stay again when I go back!"

"Three hotels in one, little complicated to find which one your in but turns out they all have same desk just different towers. Its a spa resort, little dated decor. room was little small but good enough. Breakfast buffet was massive and good. "

"Jeg har bodd på Livada Hotel to ganger i løpet av de siste tre ukene, og jeg er svært fornøyd med fasilitetene, servicen og maten. Likevel passet ikke utformingen av badet helt for meg, verken under det første eller det andre oppholdet. Den første rommet hadde et separat toalett, noe som føltes lite praktisk, og i begge rommene var skyvedørene til badet vanskelige å lukke helt, slik at privatlivet ikke var optimalt. I tillegg manglet både bad og toalett tilstrekkelig ventilasjon. Litt forbedring...

"I have over 100 bookings annually (4 to 5 stars). But honestly this one was probably the best I've have ever been. We were welcomed with very friendly professional staff. The hotel is super clean and comfortable. We received 4 hours free entrance to the thermal park which was also very nice and clean. Breakfast was so delicious. Kids could also use indoor kid zone. That was so beautiful wooden playground. Kids loved that! "

"It was OK. Just the first room they gave us was so old and smelly, like smokers lives on inside. They gave us same room on floor deeper, but renovated. There was a parfum in the air condition, bad for people with allergy, caused headache. And the worst for me was that the spa closed at 8pm. On Friday and Saturday. So what to do after dinner? Restaurant was great, nice food and people. The spa is also very giid"

"Check in was very efficient, however, failed to mention additional charges (tourist tax and another), which was charged to the card at check-out. Suggest to double check your invoice as they tend to double charge you for drunks (at the bar and putting on your room's tab as well). Breakfast was ok, a selection of cereal, deli and cheese. Although very little salad/veggies on offer. Coffee was very good (thank you!). The room was nothing special, however it was clean and the bed was comfortable....
