Its like museum so beautiful so big and so well accomadated. Location perfect. Very sad we stayed only one night. Beds was so comfy and terrace big and nice. Definitely would recommend to groups. So much space.

A nice play to stay for the first time in Florence. It is conveniently located, although very inconspicuous that it is even a hotel. The room had 2 rooms and a bathroom, but the extra room was disappointingly off limits since there were only 2 of us. The decor in the room was very nice, with an extra sink in the bedroom! There were many reference and travel books available to use. There were many locks/security to go through to get to the room, which made us question the safety of the location. We didn't have any problems, but it did give us pause. It is a very old building that has been renovated and has a really nice vibe. Satya, the Manager was lovely and most accommodating - ensuring that we knew how to navigate the area and helped in making recommendations, including taxi reservations & storing luggage for us. Her hospitality was exceptional & highly valued!

We loved our stay at the Grand Tour. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and offered a wealth of fantastic recommendations for local food and activities. The room itself was quiet, comfortable, and beautiful, with a nice view of the surrounding buildings. The location was excellent, placing us within reasonable walking distance of the Santa Maria Novella train station as well as almost all of the wonderful landmarks of Florence. We had no complaints about our stay and hope to return one day!

The rooms were in perfect shape on arrival and we were pleasantly surprised by Satya prepping the A/C on a hot arrival day. The room was a great hub for our trip, being just a short walk to several of the local sites. Excellent experience.

Lucia and the rest of the staff at Relais were exceptional. Communication was excellent and they were so helpful in getting us settled and ready for Florence. Check-in was a breeze and the location was perfect. Everything was within 5-15 minutes of walking. 5 minutes to Galleria dell'Accademia, 8-10 minutes to the Duomo and 15 minutes to City Center and Ponte Vecchio. Rooms were very clean and spacious for a family of 4 and decorated in vintage Florentine style. There was a mini fridge for drinks, coffee pots in both rooms and they even had European adapters available upon request. Will definitely stay there next time we visit Florence!

We had a clean room, AC, the staff was really kind and helpful and the best was the location, we went everywhere walking and had no trouble at all. Cabs from and to the tran station were around 15-17 euros and other than that you can do everything walking. Would definitely book again.

The trek from the train station to the hotel was tough but the team made our arrival 5-stars! The room was ready early for us to drop our bags and explore. The hotel has kept so much of its charm and history - the room was unique and beautiful - AC included! Our host gave us almost a 25-minute explanation of the hotel as well as recommendations for restaurants, attractions, and even wine windows that are still functioning. On the day of our departure, they let us store our bags and even assisted with calling us a cab to the train station. From start to finish, impressive? If we visit Florence again, we will be back!

Lucia who was the staff member for the property provided details surrounding the area. An added key fob of information is included with the keys of noted spots to check out around Florence. The property is walking distance to the train which for me was important as well as right in the heart of the town. Lucia offered to call a cab at the end of our stay, make dining reservations if needed, as well as provided her cell phone for consistent communication. If I was to return to Florence in the future I would most certainly want to stay here.

Very nice room we stayed in, with decent bathroom and shower. Very clean, and comfortable. Excellent location for seeing the sights. Not easily accessible by car if you're driving, so watch out. The host was very helpful and made our stay and welcome pleasant.
