This resort i will give a 3/10 and only because its a beautiful clean resort. Before arriving, I requested a king bed and for the room to be decorated for our birthdays. When I got there, we had 2 double beds. When I went back to the front desk, the representative Mandy didnt even apologize for the inconvenience but stated that there were no king beds available and the one that they had was for the incoming customer that paid $69 more to hold it. (I didnt see that option when booking in September). To move on the second day, we requested cabanas and was told there were none available, and the ones with no water were out of service and couldnt be used. We decided to book the day after, got the cabana and guess what? The same cabanas they stated couldn’t be used because they were out of service were being used (BOTH OF THEM still with no water). Therefore, if you’re a person of color, they will not accommodate you AT ALL! I even took pictures for proof. Also, The entertainment was boring, it will make you fall asleep. Now to Day 4, we went to the Caribbean restaurant, we ordered our food and they decided to give us what thry wanted without asking about a replacement because they ran out of what we wanted. Most of the staff walk around like you owe them something and it should never be that way, especially for the price they’re charging. I have traveled all over the world and this is in fact the worst experience I have had. I will not be returning, hire new people
