What I liked - staff (Kerry) great to talk to, served nice breakfast (slice of ham, toast, jam, scrambled egg, orange juice and coffee). Clean, nice, shared bathroom. Good bed linen and bathrobe. What I didn't like -- bed (Boutique room) saggy (I have a neck/back problem), room small (very narrow space beside bed, thus unable to avoid floor vent when walking through - vent also kept getting dislodged). Most inconvenient was the check in procedure, which was from 3:00 PM sharp to 3:30 (guests have to give advance notice if arriving after 3:30 PM). We got there 15 minutes early, very hot and sunny --at exactly 3 PM, we got a call and the door code. We were catching the Elvis shows and it was inconvenient to leave a show (thus leaving a coveted parking space near the show) just to check in at the exact half hour, then going back to the show (and trying to find parking again). It could be said that we could have made prior check in arrangement (a day in advance notice, I believe) but given the nature of the visit,, this would have a tad impractical.
