DONT STAY! THEY WILL TRY TO STEAL YOUR MONEY!
For many years now, I frequently stay in hotels due to business. This one was BY FAR the absolute worst one I have ever stayed in. And I didnt even get a chance to walk into the room!
I had booked a double queen a few mins prior to arriving. When i walked in to check in, the lady proceed to tell me that they didnt have any double queens available.
I explained to her that wouldnt be a problem, i didnt mind downgrading to a single bed. She refused to put me in a room without ANOTHER payment.
She made racial remarks and told me i was out of luck. I asked for a refund, she said it wasnt her problem to contact hotels.com. i have never in my life been treated this way by a business i was trying to do business with. Ever. Luckily the incredible team at hotels.com quickly refunded my money before i made it to the next hotel down the interstate.
I will NEVER stay at this chain again. Ever.
