The breakfast is a voucher which can be redeemed at the local bakery. The view is incredible and the staff operated a free shuttle in/out of Bellagio. There is no pool, but there is a sun deck. The only refreshments available at the hotel is the tea, coffee and biscuits in the room and a vending machine.

Natalia was extremely helpful. Google Maps will try to tell you it’s on a 8 min walk to the ferry. It’s much longer. The manager dropped me to the ferry several times. She was fantastic

⭐ 1 Star Way, way, way overpriced for what you get. This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I've had. The only positive thing about this hotel is the staff. They were friendly, professional, and genuinely tried to help, but they couldn't make up for the hotel's many shortcomings. I was given a room right next to the lobby, which offered very little privacy. The room itself was as plain as a cheap motel, not a hotel charging these rates. There were no nightstands at all—one of the staff members had to bring me a folding chair to use as a bedside table. The bathroom was poorly designed, with no shower door, so every shower flooded the bathroom floor. The room didn't even include basic amenities like shampoo or conditioner. After I complained, Nataly kindly brought me shampoo, but there was still no conditioner. I appreciate Nataly and the rest of the staff for doing everything they could to help. Unfortunately, the hotel's management has created a product that simply doesn't justify the price. Basic amenities, functional bathrooms, and properly furnished rooms should be standard, not something guests have to request. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it. Save your money and book somewhere else.

Rapport qualité prix catastrophique, c’est une honte. Parking en bas c’est bien mais il serait bien d’ajouter une borne électrique. 30 min à pied de Bellagio sur une route dangereuse. Évitez la chambre 02, pas de vue car cachée par un arbre et c’est en sous sol, toiles d’araignée au plafond, chambre très petite. Petit déjeuner 5€ par personne en ticket c’est honteux et il faut aller à une boulangerie à l’extérieur. Aucun service, ce n’est pas un hôtel, juste un endroit où dormir. Salle de bain espace très petit pas pratique. La douche est mal faite on inonde la salle de bain à chaque douche. Insonorisation catastrophique on entend les gens parler partout malgré les travaux récents et corrects.
